Gatorland
Florida’s wildlife has been fascinating people from all over the world for ages, and Orlando has the perfect place for guests to get up and close with their favorite wildlife creatures. Gatorland offers unique opportunities for guests to learn more about a variety of reptiles and get extremely close to these feisty animals. We’re talking alligators, crocodiles and eves some of the deadliest snakes alive!
The park is not set up as a zoo where you just get to admire the animals through a glass window. Guests actually get to interact with the animals in many unique ways like being a trainer for a day or zip lining over a gator swamp that has more than 100 alligators in it!
Some of the most popular activities you can experience at Gatorland include:

A visit to Gatorland can also be very affordable considering that families are often already spending money on major theme park tickets and other attractions while in Orlando. Prices for Gatorland start at just $26.99 for adults and $18.99 for children 3-12 years old. Please note that some experiences like the zip line, Trainer for a Day and some others require guests to purchase an add-on ticket. You can check prices for each of these activities here.
Guests can visit the park at any time between their operating hours of 10:00AM to 5:00PM. But if you are interested in purchasing specific experiences, you can check the schedule for those on the Gatorland website to make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
Tip: One of the most famous activities in the park is the Screamin’ Gator Zip Line. While you are gliding 350 feet in the air, the Alligator Breeding Marsh has 130+ giant alligators waiting for you below! The whole course is 1,200 feet long and has amazing views of the park.
